It's a New Year and a New Sketch!

Happy New Year! It's sure doesn't seem like a year has gone by. Thank Goodness the holidays are over and we're into the cold days of winter. It's been a heck of a winter so far and we're just into the 2nd week of January! Between ice storms, snowfalls, power outages, cutting fingers and flu outbreaks, I was glad to just get to sit down and create with this sketch! Here's this week's sketch!

And my creation with it- this is last year's snow pictures. I've still got to get this years! But since we didn't have very much snow last year, we had to take advantage of what little we did get!

Here's hoping this new year brings you lots of scrappy/crafty time and you get some inspiration from the sketches! If you want to see more of what the design team did with this sketch be sure to visit us at http://atlanticheartschallenge.blogspot.ca/

  2. Awesome lay-out--my favorite kind, documenting the everyday stuff that makes up the year. The snowman image you created is great! Lots of Liquid Glass?

    1. Thank you! Yes the snowman is covered with Glossy Accents which is one of my favorite things to use to dress up a cut! The snowman title is cut with my Cameo and is available in the Silhouette image store. My scrapbook style is documenting everyday stuff with a little bit of birthday/holiday thrown in, I seem to forget to take a bunch of pictures then, I'm just soaking in the moments and have my camera sitting next to me rather than snapping!
