Doing a little playing since I'm really not too familiar with blogging. I see so many beautiful sites and always wonder how they do it! So I'll just jump right in I guess and learn as I go. I love Deep Fried Turkey! On Christmas, we tried the Butterball indoor fryer and did 2 turkeys. I loved the way it turned out! Little tip here- the instructions say up to a 14 pound bird but when we did the 14 lb one we ended up with the wings and part of the sides stuck to the basket. I would recommend a 12-13 pounder instead! I injected with a garlic herb marinade and ohhhhhh it was heavenly!
